Market Development Manager – Company Car – Exceptional Bonus & Perks

Company Overview

My client is a prestigious global engineering firm who have decades of heritage to learn from. They are market leaders in supplying automation solutions to largely the manufacturing industry, supplying key components such as drives, controllers etc.

Role Outline

The role is perfect for someone who comes from an automation background. With senior level experience in giving divisional direction, implementing marketing strategies & a know how on marketing specific products & solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage 3 core teams; product management, marketing communications & solutions management teams.
Develop clear future market vision.
Develop & implement the division marketing strategy.
Develop innovative solutions within the chosen vertical and OEM markets.
Coordination of UK products launches with your teams.
Work with internal teams to improve lead generation.
Ensure effective monthly performance reporting is in place for the team.
Work with the senior management team to determine the teams overall strategy and to set clear goals & objectives.

Requirements

Essential

Automation solutions experience.
Overall budget management and optimisation.
Have proven experience in managing teams.
Ideally have a background in product management.
Knowledge of B2B marketing.
Strong delegator.

Salary & Package

£70,000 (DOE)
Annual bonus/commission
Company car
